KEATLY HALDEMAN // CEO

Keatly Haldeman, CEO of Riptide Music Group, was supposed to be a robotics engineer but much to the chagrin of his parents, he got bit by the music bug.

From the time he was 11 years old, Keatly played with various bands, sharing the stage with artists like Ozomatli and The Pharcyde. When the whole rock star thing didn’t pan out, he got his Masters degree in Music, Science and Technology from Stanford. The summer after graduation, his cousin asked him if he could do all the sound, composition and music supervision for her feature film, Puzzled. “I think so” morphed into the beginnings of publishing company pigFACTORY, which merged with Riptide in 2014.
As a songwriter and producer, Keatly has more than 150 placements of his own songs in TV, film, trailers, advertising and video games.
